Donna Milrod is executive vice president and chief product officer at State Street, responsible for leading the strategy, value proposition and growth of our Asset Servicing business, including Digital Asset Solutions. Donna is a member of State Street’s Executive Committee, the company’s senior leadership team.

Previously, Donna led the company’s Global Asset Managers segment business as well as the Global Clients Division.

Donna has over 25 years of experience in banking and financial services including leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, where she served as deputy chief executive officer for its North America business. Before joining State Street, she was a senior advisor to Broadridge and McKinsey & Company, where she provided advice for navigating risk, optimizing operating efficiencies and increasing revenue growth. Prior to that, Donna was with the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) where she served on the Management Committee and was the head of DTCC Solutions, delivering innovative post-trade processing solutions to clients.

Currently, Donna serves as an independent board director of Orion Innovation, a privately held technology services company. She also sits on the board of Partnership Fund for New York City and is a member of the New York Women’s Forum, the Committee of 200, National Association of Corporate Directors, Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of New York. Previously, she served on the boards of Valmont Industries (NYSE:VMI) and Cabela’s Inc. (NYSE:CAB).

Donna has appeared on American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Finance list for five consecutive years (2021-2025). In 2025, Donna was inducted into Global Custodian’s Hall of Fame for her outstanding contributions and distinguished career in securities services. She was named to TabbFORUM’s 2025 Top 40 Innovators list; an honor roll of executives who are leading technology-driven innovation and disruption in financial markets. In recognition of her leadership driving positive change around workplace inclusion and diversity, Donna earned a place on each of INvolve’s Executive Role Model, Advocates and Allies lists: Empower (2024, 2023), Outstanding (2023) and HERoes (2024, 2022).

Donna was honored by Crain’s New York Business as one of 2021’s Notable Women on Wall Street, and in 2019 was named one of the Most Influential Corporate Board Directors by WomenInc. Magazine.

Caitlin Long is Founder and CEO of Custodia Bank, which is the first U.S. bank to issue a tokenized demand deposit on a permissionless blockchain (“Avit”) with its partner, Vantage Bank. She became involved with Bitcoin in 2012 while she was a managing director in capital markets at Morgan Stanley in New York (2007-16). Before that she was a managing director at Credit Suisse (1997-2007) and vice president at Salomon Brothers (1994-97). From 2016-18 she jointly spearheaded a blockchain project for delivering market index data to Vanguard as chairman and president of Symbiont, an enterprise blockchain start-up. In 2017 she helped spearhead a multi-year initiative to pioneer clarifying the legal and regulatory treatment of digital assets in Wyoming, her native state, some of which has since been adopted nationwide. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School (JD, 1994), the Kennedy School of Government (MPP, 1994) and the University of Wyoming (BA, 1990).

Carolyn Weinberg is the Chief Product and Innovation Officer at BNY and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining BNY, Carolyn served as Chief Product Innovation Officer of BlackRock, where she was responsible for driving the product innovation, development, and commercialization of products globally for the world’s largest asset manager. Previously, Carolyn created structured derivatives solutions for corporations at Citibank, where she was Head of the North America Corporate Solutions Group. She was also Deutsche Bank’s Head of Risk Solutions Structuring, a member of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Derivatives Group, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Carolyn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in applied mathematics and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, serves on the Board of The Allen-Stevenson School, and the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute.

Raghav Chopra is a digital-assets investor and cofounder and managing partner of Tephra Digital. He was previously a Portfolio Manager for AllianceBernstein LP and The Blackstone Group. He began his career in private equity at The Carlyle Group and in investment banking at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Raghav holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Economics with Distinction from Yale University, and an M.B.A. with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he was named a George F. Baker Scholar.

He serves on the Board of Directors of the Harvard Club of New York City Foundation and is a Member of the Economic Club of New York and The Bretton Woods Committee.

Kevin is known as a strategic and growth-minded executive who has led both entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies. He has twice achieved successful exits for his venture investors and has over 25 years of leadership and operating experience. He is currently serving in board & operating advisory roles for investment funds and companies committed to BUIDL, which is the movement towards a decentralized digital economy through blockchain, crypto and AI technologies. In addition, Kevin is currently an Adjunct Professor at Lehigh University teaching Blockchain Concepts & Applications.

Most recently, Kevin was the CEO of CoinDesk, the standard in crypto / digital assets in media (winner of Polk and Loeb awards), events (Consensus, the largest crypto / Web3 festival) and financial data (CoinDesk Indices is the benchmark for billions in digital assets). He joined CoinDesk shortly after the company was purchased by DCG, an investment firm.

Previously, Kevin was a CFO at Bloomberg Media and prior to that the founding CEO of TheDeal.com. Kevin is currently on the board of The Writing Revolution. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and BS in Finance from Lehigh University.

Simon McLoughlin is a fintech executive with more than 20 years of technology experience. He serves as the CEO of Uphold Global, an infrastructure and trading platform that makes digital assets and blockchain tech easily accessible for all. Prior to Uphold, Mr McLoughlin specialised in platforms that remove friction from financial transactions in private markets. 

Simon has held senior management positions at LexisNexis, Euromoney Institutional Investor, and served as a board member at Zanbato. 

He holds FINRA licenses including Series 7. Simon is a graduate of Cambridge University.
