Brett Tejpaul is Co-CEO of Coinbase Institutional, the leading platform architecting the future of institutional crypto investing. With nearly three decades of elite experience spanning institutional sales, trading, and digital assets, Brett has worked to establish Coinbase Institutional as the definitive bridge between traditional finance and the future of money. Under his leadership, the platform has become the infrastructure of choice for institutions executing sophisticated crypto strategies, delivering integrated custody, trading, financing, staking, research, and asset management solutions.

Brett drives growth across Coinbase Institutional’s Prime Platform, marketplaces, and Asset Management division, serving global clients across crypto-native protocols, hedge funds, pensions, endowments, global asset managers, wealth platforms, banks, brokers, RIAs, and payment platforms. Since launch, he has rapidly scaled the institutional client base while pioneering new capabilities and supporting institutional-grade research that positions cryptocurrencies as a critical component of diversified portfolios.

Prior to joining Coinbase, Brett served on the Markets Executive Committee at Barclays Investment Bank, leading Global Sales across FICC and Equities while serving as Head of Digital. His career spans leadership across every major asset class including credit, equities, rates, commodities, emerging markets, prime services, and structured products. He previously held senior roles at JPMorgan across rates, credit, exotics, trading, and sales.

Brett’s rare combination of traditional markets mastery and crypto-native innovation makes him one of the industry’s most influential voices in institutional digital assets.

Ryan is currently the Head of Digital Assets for Citibank’s business. The TTS team helps enable their global clients by simplifying the management of treasuries, payments and commerce on a day-to-day basis. Recently, Ryan and the team announced Citi Token Services, which is a pilot that enables clients to transfer liquidity between Citi branches on a 24/7 basis. The service uses blockchain and smart contract technologies to deliver digital asset solutions for institutional clients. Citi Token Services will integrate tokenized deposits and smart contracts into Citi’s global network, upgrading core cash management and trade finance capabilities.

In Ryan’s last role she was responsible for IBM’s America’s blockchain team, helping to enhance client’s solutions and capabilities for building Digital Ecosystems. She provided strategic guidance for; operational and governance considerations, technology roadmaps, and services infrastructure to help clients focused on TIPS (Tokenization, Identity, Provenance & Sustainability).

In addition, her team helped build New York’s Excelsior Pass (Digital Wallet for Vaccinations & PCR tests), which was groundbreaking with millions of users and will help serve as a framework to aid in the development and implementation of digital health credentials and beyond. The blueprint will help as a guide to assist other states, territories, and entities in the expansion of credential systems to advance economic development efforts nationwide.

Prior to that Ryan was the Global Head of Industry at R3 (Fintech Startup), where she sat at the forefront of blockchain innovation across multiple industries. She was responsible for the strategic direction of R3’s key verticals, helping industry leaders capture the full benefits of blockchain for their businesses. Ryan also launched the Centre of Excellence for distributed ledger technology (DLT) in cooperation with ACORD (Association for Cooperative Operations Research and Development).

Carolyn Weinberg is the Chief Product and Innovation Officer at BNY and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Prior to joining BNY, Carolyn served as Chief Product Innovation Officer of BlackRock, where she was responsible for driving the product innovation, development, and commercialization of products globally for the world’s largest asset manager. Previously, Carolyn created structured derivatives solutions for corporations at Citibank, where she was Head of the North America Corporate Solutions Group. She was also Deutsche Bank’s Head of Risk Solutions Structuring, a member of Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Derivatives Group, and a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Carolyn graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College in applied mathematics and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is an Executive Fellow at Harvard Business School, serves on the Board of The Allen-Stevenson School, and the Dean’s Advisory Council of the Harvard Radcliffe Institute.
