He is originally from Dhahran, Saudi Arabia and holds a degree in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Joaquin Ayuso de Paul is Chief Product Officer at AlphaPoint, leading product strategy for institutional digital asset infrastructure across stablecoin treasury, exchanges, tokenization, and payments. He co-founded Tuenti, Kuapay, and Denizen (backed by BBVA) and has held senior product roles at Nium and Zerohash, scaling crypto and Web3 infrastructure for global financial institutions.
Rick Geloff joined Bank of North Dakota as an executive vice president in January 2025 with his primary focus on researching and incorporating Fintech options for the Bank and creating opportunities for partner institutions. A native of Wing, North Dakota, Rick graduated from Minot State University and holds his CPA license. He has worked in banking for 12 years in lending, credit, special assets and finance and held the roles of COO, CIO and CFO before coming to BND. He and his wife, Brandy, have three boys, Camrin, Graycin and Romin.

Alan Konevsky is Chief Executive Officer and a board member of tZERO, a pioneer in blockchain innovation for the financial markets. Appointed CEO in September 2025, Alan leads the company’s strategy to scale a regulated platform for tokenized securities, RWAs and other digital assets, spanning capital raising, secondary trading and custody.
Alan has been with tZERO since 2018, previously serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, as well as interim CEO in 2021-22. Rob Hadick is a General Partner at Dragonfly, a ~$4bn crypto focused investment firm. Previously, he helped lead multi-stage investments into crypto companies and protocols at GoldenTree Asset Management (“GTAM”), a ~$50bn multi-strategy hedge fund. Prior to GTAM, Rob invested in and advised fintech, technology, and crypto companies while at Heritage Partners, Goldman Sachs, and PJT Partners. Todd joined Figure from Inveniam.io, where he served as global head of capital markets. Prior, Todd spent 16 years at Deutsche Bank in various leadership roles in London and New York. From 2016 to 2020 he was the firm’s global head of the institutional wealth management business. The group serviced DB’s most sophisticated family offices and private clients and included teams in New York, London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Riyadh, Singapore, and Hong Kong. In previous roles, Todd ran structured finance sales and structuring teams in both London and New York while serving on several global and regional executive steering/operating committees.
