Megan Ryan is the Market Intelligence Analyst, Payments, for American Banker. Before joining American Banker, Megan served as a payments policy analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where she translated complex technological and regulatory payment developments into practical insights for Fed stakeholders. Her work often focused on understanding the future of fintech, accelerating faster electronic payments across domestic and global networks, and researching developing technologies such as digital assets, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and digital identity. She also spent a year at the Board of Governors on the Digital Innovations Solutions team, conducting hands-on research into offline digital payments and crypto-asset market intelligence to support the Fed’s understanding of payment technologies and development of policy views.
Brad Bava is the Senior Vice President, Marketing Services Group at Arizent, leading the media and conference sales team across the business. He is focused on connecting our marketing services clients with our audiences through valuable experience that build strong relationships.
Brad joined Arizent in 2017, helping industry-leading brands like IBM, OneSpan, Tata Consultancy, and Temenos connect with our banking community. Brad then became the publisher of American Banker and National Mortgage News before being tapped to lead sales across our seven communities. Prior to Arizent, Brad spent 10 years at IKON Office Solutions where his outstanding sales performance was recognized with four straight President’s Circle awards. His successes culminated in his leadership of the NYC market across sales and operations.
Brad is an accomplished athlete and coach. He leads several youth athletic programs across a variety of sports and spends much of his free time mentoring the athletes in those programs. He graduated from Montclair State University with a B.A. in History.
Glenn Hall is Executive Vice President, Information Services and oversees Arizent’s editorial and subscription sales teams. Over the course of three decades, Hall has held senior leadership roles in journalism, digital content strategy, and business information services. Before joining Arizent, he was a Partner and Executive Editor at Brunswick Group, where he led global content initiatives that helped business leaders navigate complex issues, including cybersecurity, sustainability, and regulatory change. Previously, Hall served as Global Chief Editor of Dow Jones Newswires and Head of Professional News at The Wall Street Journal, overseeing the WSJ Pro and C-Suite news, data and research services. His career also includes top editorial roles at MarketWatch, TheStreet, The Orange County Register, and Bloomberg, where he played a pivotal role in shaping business intelligence products, expanding audience engagement, and developing innovative research and data-driven content offerings.
Whitney Parker Mitchell is Arizent’s Chief Marketing Officer, where she leads the marketing, communications, product, and audience growth teams in advancing the company’s mission to deliver cutting-edge industry insights, elevate leaders, and build thriving communities. Whitney also oversees the delivery of marketing services—digital advertising, lead generation, research and custom content—across its seven leading media brands, which include American Banker, Bond Buyer, Accounting Today, National Mortgage News, Financial Planning, Employee Benefit News, and Digital Insurance.
With deep expertise in fintech, regtech, and cybersecurity, Whitney has driven innovation throughout her career in B2B marketing. She is the founder and former CEO and owner of an award-winning B2B marketing agency, recognized three-times on the Inc 5000 list during its 8-year span. She sold the agency in January 2025 to an independent strategic buyer when joining Arizent. Whitney’s diverse career spans national security, tech startups, and global risk management, where she has guided over 200 firms on strategic marketing, branding, product design, and revops.
She holds a Master’s in International Relations focused on National Security from Syracuse University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Boise State University.
Jon Moore is Arizent’s Executive Vice President of Events and Live Media, leading the company’s portfolio of world-class events. The portfolio consists of 20+ events across top brands including American Banker, Bond Buyer, National Mortgage News, Accounting Today, Financial Planning and Employee Benefits News. He is also part of the company’s Executive leadership team.
Previously, Jon served as EVP of Events for Bonnier corp. He has also held leadership roles at Summit Business Media, Family Media and Source Media. He has had the opportunity to run events of all sizes across a wide spectrum of content and has operated events in North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Jon holds a BA from SUNY Plattsburgh and lives with his wife and two daughters in Long Island NY
Holly Sraeel is Arizent’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Content, Live Media, leading content creation and innovation for the events portfolio and introducing new multimedia and invitation-only experiences for senior executives that drive critical conversations and action around corporate strategy, innovation and financial performance. She is part of the company’s operational leadership team and is focused on developing cross-platform programming that creates higher levels of engagement for subscribers, community participants and partners across the company’s brands, including American Banker, The Bond Buyer, Accounting Today, National Mortgage News, Digital Insurance, Financial Planning and Employee Benefits News.
Sraeel is an award-winning editorial director, media executive and content strategist with expertise in developing influential content, communities, and events for C-level executives in the banking and financial services, insurance, technology, and professional services industries. Prior to joining Arizent, she held several content leadership and strategist roles, including for B2B media consultancy New York Ventures, capital markets management consultancy Opimas, Oxford University-incubated startup Wise Responder, and as cofounder of Genesys Partners’ Agility First Forum.
This new role marks a return to the company for Sraeel. In her previous 12-year run, she was a member of the executive team and was pivotal in driving new cross-platform editorial, events and business innovation as SVP of Brand Management; Group Editorial Director of Banking and Technology magazines; and Founder, President and Editorial Director of The Most Powerful Women in Banking,™ the company’s first-ever, community-based media platform, now part of Arizent’s flagship American Banker.
Sraeel is an early honors graduate of Marist College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a concentration in journalism.
